What does Reiki feel like?
Everyone feels it differently. Warmth or tingling where the hands rest is common, and so is a deep relaxation, like the pause right before sleep. Some people see colors or feel emotion move through. Some just feel quiet. We wrote about this in more detail in our guide to Reiki sensations.
How much does a Reiki session cost?
Your first session is $85. It runs about an hour in our loft studio on Highland Ave, and we leave time to talk before and after the table work.
What happens in my first session?
We start with a short conversation about what’s going on in your life and body. Then you lie fully clothed on the table while we work with your energy field, hands resting lightly or hovering, whatever you’re comfortable with. Afterward we talk through what came up and simple ways to keep the shift going at home.
How many sessions will I need?
There’s no set number. Some people come in for a single reset. Others make it a regular practice, monthly or around big transitions. After your first session we’ll suggest a rhythm that fits what you’re working with, and you decide from there.
Do you teach Reiki certification?
Yes. We teach Reiki Level 1, Level 2, and Master training in the traditional Usui lineage, in person at our Los Angeles studio. Level 1 is a two-day immersion ($550) where you learn to give Reiki to yourself.
What is integrative coaching, and how is it different from a Reiki session?
A Reiki session is a single visit. Coaching is a three-month container: one 90-minute session each week, and each session can draw on talk coaching, breathwork, Reiki, movement, or sound, depending on what you need that week. It’s $4,500 for three months, or $1,500 per month. Most coaching work happens comfortably over Zoom; sound healing is the one piece that only happens in person.

Does Reiki replace therapy or medical care?
No. Reiki works alongside whatever care you’re already receiving, not instead of it. Many of our clients are in therapy or working with doctors, and some are therapists themselves. If something in your health needs medical attention, we’ll say so plainly.
Can I receive a session over Zoom?
Yes, we offer distant Reiki sessions over Zoom. Reach out through the contact page and we’ll set it up.
