You understand the pattern. Now you want help changing how you actually live it.

One-on-one coaching with Jaime or Yonatan. Ninety minutes a week, starting with the body, in our Los Angeles studio or on Zoom.

Where you might be right now

You have done real work on yourself. You can name the pattern, maybe you have named it in therapy for years. And you are still living it.

Maybe your relationships feel thinner than they should, or the work you do takes more than it gives back. You know exactly what you would tell a friend in your position. You just cannot seem to do it yourself.

Understanding was never the problem. The body has not caught up.

Maybe you are craving:

You have probably tried a few doors already:
All of it counts.
What is usually missing is one room where the body, the breath and the conversation happen together, with someone who knows your whole story.

How it works

Coaching here is one-on-one. You work with Jaime or with Yonatan, the same person every week, for the whole container. Ninety minutes, once a week, for twelve weeks.

Twelve weeks is not an arbitrary number. It is about how long it takes for something to move from your head into your body and stay there. Most clients keep going after the first container, because the deeper work unfolds over seasons rather than weeks. Nothing obligates you to.

Where: in person at our studio off Melrose, or on Zoom from anywhere. Many clients mix the two.

Inside a session:

The approach: we usually begin with the body, to land you in the room. From there the session goes where you need it to go.

Any given week that can mean movement, breathwork, a long honest conversation, Reiki, or sound. Nothing is scripted.

The result: you do not just understand what you want to change. Your body learns it too.

The investment

$4,500 for the twelve-week container, paid as three payments of $1,500 every four weeks.

$4,200 if you pay in full at the start.

Coaching clients often add a weekly Pilates or functional movement session with Yonatan. That is billed separately through West Hollywood Pilates, and we will talk about it on the call if it fits.

Two ways to begin

A free discovery call. Sixty minutes, unhurried, honest in both directions. You get a feel for how we work and we listen for whether we can genuinely help. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

An Integrative Wellness Session, $375. A full ninety-minute session with Jaime or Yonatan, the same as a coaching session, if you would rather feel the work than talk about it. If you step into coaching within two weeks, the $375 comes off the container.

Or book an Integrative Wellness Session ($375, 90 minutes, with Jaime or Yonatan).

Embodied confidence

“This level of comfort, trust, and at-homeness in my body is beyond what I knew was possible. The way I talk to people, connect on the dance floor, have sex, hold eye contact. All different.”

- Caitlin N.
Trust

“I have shared things I have never shared with anyone, because until them I thought trust was an illusion, an act, a game of dare or chicken. I now know what trust feels like.”

- William K.
Doing less, getting more

“To take time to do less for a few hours a week multiplies the value of everything else that I do.”

- Eric S.
Relationships

“After three months, I not only found an incredible romantic partner, but I feel more grounded and powerful in who I am than ever before.”

- Melissa M.

Common Questions

I am already busy. How do I fit this in?

Life being full is usually the reason people come, not the reason to wait.

One weekly session tends to replace the juggling act of separate appointments.

In Eric's words:

“To take time to do less for a few hours a week multiplies the value of everything else that I do.”

- Eric S.

What if I have never done this kind of work before?

Most of our clients had not either. No experience is needed, just willingness.

The first session is mostly breathing and talking.

How do I know this will work for me?

We will be honest with you on the discovery call about whether it fits what you need. That is what the call is for, so neither of us has to guess.

Clients often say they feel more grounded after the first session. The bigger shifts build over the weeks, and people usually feel them in the body before they can explain them.

In person or on Zoom?

Either. Local clients usually come to the studio.

Zoom works incredibly well, and some clients find being at home, with nowhere to rush to afterward, deepens the work.

Is this therapy?

No, and it is not a replacement for it. Therapy tends to look back to understand how you got here. This work starts where you are and changes how you live it, in the body.

Many of our clients do both at the same time, and the two work well together. If you have a therapist, keep them.

Can I add Pilates or movement sessions?

Yes. Many coaching clients add one or two movement sessions a week with Yonatan at West Hollywood Pilates.

We will talk about it on the call.

What does it cost?

$4,500 for twelve weeks, or $4,200 paid in full.

Details above, under The investment.

Who will I work with?

One of us, the same person every week. You pick Jaime or Yonatan when you book the call, or tell us on the call and we will point you to the better fit.

Who you will work with

Jaime Elkayam

Jaime has spent more than fifteen years in movement and strength work and has been coaching people one-on-one for over ten. She is an ACE certified trainer, a Usui Reiki Master, and a certified breathwork practitioner. The strength work taught her how bodies change. Reiki taught her why some things will not shift until the nervous system feels safe. What she brings to a session is direct and warm: she will tell you the true thing, and hold the room while you feel it.

More about Jaime

Yonatan Elkayam

Yonatan came to this work through the body. He certified in Classical Pilates through Equinox’s comprehensive program and has taught it since 2019, with one-on-one coaching following in 2020. He is a Usui Reiki Master and certified breathwork practitioner. Before any of that he was a musician, and twenty-five years of composing taught him how to listen, which is still most of what he does in a session. His two albums, Reaching Usui and Inner Alchemy, came out of this practice and play in the room and over Zoom.

More about Yonatan

We are married and raising our son here in Los Angeles, and we run this practice together from our loft studio off Melrose. Everything we teach, we live at home first.

P.S. Nothing about you needs fixing. What you are after is a body that agrees with what your head already knows, and that goes faster with someone in the room.
