Performers and Directors
Pre-audition nerves, opening-night adrenaline, and the physical cost of staying emotionally available take up real residence in the body. Many performer clients book 24 to 48 hours before a big day.
Creative block, audition nerves, and post-wrap exhaustion are nervous-system problems before they are craft problems. Reiki for creatives at our Los Angeles studio helps actors, writers, designers, and musicians access a deeply relaxed, imaginative state. Hands-on reiki, breathwork, and curated sound work together so you leave grounded and ready to make again.

Reiki cannot write the script, book the audition, or finish the album. What it supports is the nervous system that creative work runs on. Creative block often shows up as activation stuck on a loop: the mind replaying the last rejection, the body braced for the next performance, the imagination locked behind both. A reiki session at our Los Angeles studio supports the parasympathetic shift that makes an imaginative, pre-logical state accessible again.
Reiki is a complementary practice, not a substitute for craft preparation, therapy, or medical care; the U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health describes how it is used for relaxation and wellbeing. It works alongside whatever already supports your work, audition prep, writing practice, studio time, and gives your body a place to release what the schedule does not.
The creative industry in Los Angeles has its own specific flavor of depletion. Here is what clients describe before they book their first session.
No images, no words, no ideas, just the deadline. Forcing it rarely refills the tank.
The performance is over and the body is still running on the same charge hours later.
The project ends and the body does not know what to do with all the tension it was holding for the shoot.
Industry rejection can feel physical, something landed and has not moved yet.

Reiki for creatives is built around the specific pressures of a working creative career in Los Angeles, not a general wellness template.
Pre-audition nerves, opening-night adrenaline, and the physical cost of staying emotionally available take up real residence in the body. Many performer clients book 24 to 48 hours before a big day.
The writing room, the design sprint, and the pitch cycle create a depletion that rest alone does not fix. Clients describe the block lifting enough to start again.
Yonatan brings 30 years of musical and vibrational study to sound work, a practitioner-level ear that changes what is available in a session.
No intake rush, no performance. You arrive and the space starts some of the work before we do anything else. For creatives used to being on, this landing is often the shift itself.
Hands-on and hands-off reiki releases the physical residue of performance pressure held in the jaw, shoulders, and chest. Many clients feel the release within the first fifteen minutes.
Yonatan's singing bowls, gongs and chimes are selected to support an image-rich state, not played as background. Many clients pair a session with sound healing for a deeper reset.
Not caffeinated, grounded. Clients describe accessing creative states after a session that were not available to them when they walked in.
Word of Mouth is amazing. I’m one of those people who tends to be in their heads all the time, so when i first learned about energy work and reiki, i was skeptical. However, I’ve now done two sessions of energy healing with Jaime and i just have to say — wow. First of all, the space is immaculate. It’s beautiful, clean, and so peaceful. I feel my body relaxing just by being there. Second, the energy healing sessions are so helpful. As someone who has spent a lot of time in traditional therapy, i appreciate that the arc of each session involves a talking/coaching component in addition to breathwork, healing movement, and reiki. And my god, the reiki — i can actually feel what jaime is doing in session and it puts my mind and body in a whole other plane, a deeply relaxed liminal space. i left my session today feeling deeply relaxed and like my energy was made of champagne bubbles, which felt both good and surprising considering i came into the session feeling stressed and upset. (oh, and i learned jaime is so dedicated to her craft that she went through reiki master training TWICE just for the love of it?! if you want to work with a master, book an appointment here). If you’re curious about healing work, energy work, breath work, reiki, or any of the other somatic healing modalities, don’t miss this place. Your body will thank you.
Read on GoogleI’ve been receiving Reiki and working with Jamie and Yonatan for the last three years and truly they have transformed my life and my relationship to energy in ways I can’t even describe. The biggest lessons I have learned are that play and joy can be the foundation that supports us through the hard stuff, that personal development and growth don’t have to be painful, and that I am supported in this journey called life in ways I can’t even see or understand. They truly make healing feel fun and playful. A rare combination. If you’re intuition led you here I beg of you to follow it and discover for yourself.
